£60,000 will be invested in interpretation services by the Primary Care Trust, thanks to the hard work of Parul Jani with the City Health Partnership and the Patient Experience Group (PEG), together with the support of other members of the PEG.
This money will provide more vital interpretation services for those whose first language is not English, enabling them to fully participate in discussions with GPs and health practitioners, without having to rely on their relatives to translate for them.
