AGM overload

Bulwell Credit Union Ltd

Meet the staff, board and fellow members, have your say, become an active member and elect the board to run Bulwell Credit Union Ltd on your behalf. Guest speaker Steve Ward will be talking about cracking down on illegal money lending. Saturday 2 February, 2.00pm to 4.000pm with lunch served from 1.30pm. More details.

Enable

Enable are holding their annual general meeting, followed by a worklessness conference on 30 January, Mansfield Civic Centre. The AGM begins at 9.30am followed by the conference at 10.30am. Please complete the booking form to attend. There is also more information on the workshops.

Dunkirk and Lenton Partnership Forum

Dunkirk and Lenton Partnership Forum are holding their annual general meeting on Tuesday 29 January, 7.00pm to 9.00pm at the Lenton Centre, Willoughby Street. Anyone interested in attending is very welcome to come along. The deadline for votes for the BME voluntary sector representative on the One Nottingham Board is Friday 1 February. If you've received a voting pack, don't forget to vote!

This is a free training event for the voluntary and community sector on equalities and human rights awareness. Here's the flier with more information and booking form.

Youth Forum

East Midlands Voluntary Youth run regular Forum events for its members and partners where a variety of current topics are discussed, such as safeguarding and youth participation.  It is also a great way to meet colleagues, share good practice and ideas. Check out their website www.emvy.org.uk.

Whether you are looking to expand your team or looking for new challenges yourself www.goodmoves.org.uk will be the place to go in 2008. Goodmoves is a recruitment advertising services and careers hub run by and for the not for profit, voluntary and local third sector.
